It may be that following bereavement you, or any of your family, feel that you need some form of professional counselling. Although we can suggest positive steps to take and guide you in the right direction, we do not have our own team of bereavement counsellors.
A first point of contact could be your own General Practioner, or Church Minister/ Spiritual Leader, who may be able to offer independent support and guidance during these early stages of bereavement.
If you wish, we can put you in touch with a local or national self-help group or counselling team. These are usually run by individuals who will have had similar experiences to your own or will be able to put you in touch with someone who has.
