There are a number of things which need to be considered when arranging the funeral of a loved one, so wouldn’t it be helpful if all your requirements: Printing, floral tributes and even the service itself were available at the same place? Well, they are, at WRR Pugh & Son in Shrewsbury.

We have been serving the people of Shropshire for more than 130 years, during which time we have built up a wealth of experience which allows us to be fully able to meet the requirements and expectations of those we serve.

Flowers and printing are an essential part of a funeral and we are proud to say that we can provide both through in-house partners who maintain the high standards you can always expect from WRR Pugh & Son.

Private Service Chapel

Another way we are helping to fulfil the wishes of those we care for is by hosting the funeral service at our private Service Chapel at our Whitchurch Road premises - an increasingly attractive alternative to the church or crematorium service.

The chapel seats up to 40 people, has onsite parking and easy access for the disabled. It provides the opportunity for hymns to be sung, personalised music played and photo tributes.

Printing

Our in-house printers are located next to our Longden Coleham office and cater for all your funeral printing needs, including: Order of service leaflets, attendance cards, Thank You cards, condolence book, bookmarks and enlarged photo boards.

A brochure containing examples of our order of service leaflet designs is made available to you at your initial meeting with one of our funeral directors and then, having made your decision, we will place your order with our in-house printers. 

Florist

Our in-house florist, Forget me Not Flowers, is located close to our Longden Coleham offices and they are happy to go through the many floral options available to you, either at our premises or at the shop next to Greyfriars Bridge.

They have many choices available including wreaths, floral sprays, posies and many more. Alternatively; you may prefer a more unique floral tribute that reflects the key hobbies or interests of your loved one for a more personalised tribute.

Funerals are a very personal occasion and it’s important that the memorial to the deceased is carried out in the way they and their loved ones want. WRR Pugh & Son is able to meet any request and continues to meet these demands with the help of our highly professional in-house services.
