Ross joined Pughs in 2021 after spending 30 years as a Police Officer with West Mercia Police, working within the Specialist Firearms Teams across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and latterly Shropshire.
Ross originates from Worcestershire and having moved around the neighbouring counties, settled in his wife’s home county of Shropshire. Outside of work, Ross enjoys clay pigeon shooting and exploring the local countryside either on his mountain bike or with his two dogs.
