Stuart joined Pughs in 2023 after a varied career from the RAF Police and Prison Officer to long Haul Cabin Crew with British Airways and then on to specialised training in child care working in children's homes all over the West Midlands and Wales. Born in Lancashire Stuart moved to Shropshire at an early age, growing up in Bridgnorth before moving to Shrewsbury in his early teens.
