Paul’s career within the funeral profession began after he left school at 17 years old, and started working in East London. Paul joined a funeral directors in his area and received the National Association of Funeral Directing Diploma in 1992.
Since then he has built up his experience over his 30-year career and could not see himself working in any other sector. “I decided to join this profession as I enjoyed working with the families and ensuring their loved one received a send off that not only reflected them but was also a way for their families to celebrate their life and to say a personal goodbye”.
Paul has been living and working in Shrewsbury since 2001, and joined WRR Pugh & Son in 2007. Paul is married with four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, walking the dog and riding his motorcycle.
